Amphibia EPDM membrane is a water-reactive, self-sealing, multi-layer, waterproofing membrane, with a self-adhering (bonding) version to concrete.
It consists of a continuously extruded multi-layer polymer sheet with different layer functions, for complete waterproofing of underground structures.
Amphibia's great potential to react when in contact with water allows its layers to swell to varying degrees, so as to achieve complete waterproofing of the structure. The swelling energy in the core of the membrane is transformed into a constant and active pressure, which even in case of accidental perforation keeps the building structure dry.
Where can we use the EPDM membrane Amphibia?
Waterproofing and protection of reinforced concrete structures, foundation slabs and walls, those in a construction scheme with slotted walls, piles, anchored micropiles, and traditionally formworked.
Waterproofing of infrastructure objects, subways, tunnels, industrial warehouses, underground parking lots, etc.
Waterproofing of swimming pools and tanks, wellness centers, sports facilities, water tanks, wastewater treatment plants.
