HYDROBETON

HYDROBETON is a crystallization additive for waterproof concrete.

HYDROBETON is suitable for the production of concrete intended for the construction of structures that are in constant or accidental contact with water.

During the mixing phase, HYDROBETON has a three-way effect: it reduces the water-cement ratio, combines submicron particles with a crystallizing and compacting effect that reduces the porosity of the cement mixture and attracts air bubbles that make concrete resistant to freezing and freezing cycles.

Consumption: from 1.5 kg. up to 2 kg. for 100 kg. cement

Waterproof profile for joints in concrete

The swellable, waterproof Bikol^® SWELLSTRIP profile is made of natural sodium bentonite and a special organic binder, which gives the product elastoplastic properties.

Bikol^® SWELLSTRIP is used in building structures to ensure reliable water tightness of horizontal and vertical technological joints in the underground parts of concrete structures subjected to hydrostatic pressure or capillary penetrating moisture.

PROOFMATE E

Sealing profile for pipe joints and joints

PROOFMATE E is used for seals for pipe joints used in water supply and drainage applications, as well as as a connecting sealing profile and for the renovation of expansion joints.

PROOFMATE E are round profiles with different diameters, based on EPDM foam with closed cell structure (ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer), which are available in two different variants. A distinction is made between strongly foamed, soft and slightly foamed, much harder.

The more rigid version meets the requirements for products intended for seals for pipe joints used in water supply and drainage applications according to EN 681, Part 3 (Vulcanized rubber materials with cellular structure).

PROOFMATE FD-SYSTEM

Sealing membrane for technological, construction and temperature joints

PROOFMATE FD-SYSTEM is a membrane-based waterproofing system that can be used to seal structural joints, control joints and expand joints against groundwater infiltration and leakage, as well as pressurized water.

PROOFMATE FD-FOLIE is UV resistant and also suitable for use in building construction. No mechanical fastening (brackets and flanges) at the ends is required because they are fixed with a sealing, adhesive product.

In addition to the areas of application, PROOFMATE FD-FOLIE can also be used as a waterproofing membrane on sprayed concrete (shotcrete) in tunnel construction.

MAGIFLEX Bravo

Two-component cement-based, flexible, waterproof and breathable coating for foundations and retaining structures
Ideal for counterthrust and resistant to chemical aggression
MAGIFLEX BRAVO is a cement coating which is waterproof and breathable to water vapour, featured by high flexibility, tensile strength and adhesion to the substrate. MAGIFLEX BRAVO is easily applied with a brush or roller and allows to make waterproof coatings even under negative thrust (max 0.5 atm) on surfaces subject to hairline cracks and structures exposed to the aggression of alkali and chlorides, such as foundations, retaining walls and micro-cracked surfaces (up to 0.8 mm).

DracoSeal

DRACOSEAL is a one-component, easy-to-apply cement-based waterproofing coating with osmotic action.

DRACOSEAL is suitable for waterproofing basements, tanks, pipelines, elevator shafts, swimming pools and walls.

Using the effect of osmosis, DRACOSEAL penetrates the outer layer of surfaces, forming a coating that is resistant to internal and external water pressure.

It has high adhesion.

In accordance with Decree 174: 2004, it is non-toxic and may come into contact with drinking water (Certificate of Fitness EUROFINS n. AR-13-ID-018069-01).

Consumption rate: about 1.6 kg / m² per 1 mm. thickness

DracoSeal 2

DRACOSEAL 2 is a two-component, cement-based waterproofing coating with an osmotic effect that is easy to apply.

Suitable for waterproofing basements, tanks, pipes and pipelines, elevator shafts, swimming pools and walls.

Using the effect of osmosis, it penetrates the outer layer of surfaces, forming a coating resistant to internal and external water pressure for the wall. It has high adhesion.

In accordance with Decree 21.3.73, it is non-toxic and may be in contact with foodstuffs (BIOLAB Certificate No. 95 / 938.B2).

Consumption rate: about 1.9 kg / m² per 1 mm. thickness

MAGINET

Reinforcing mesh

MAGINET is a reinforcing mesh made of glass fiber and polyester, designed for the installation of the waterproofing product MAGIFLEX or SATURNIA SYSTEM. High alkali resistance and high tensile strength.

HYDROPLUG is a special, pre-prepared cement binder, specially designed to immediately stop leaks in concrete structures and walls.

When mixed with water, HYDROPLUG forms a thixotropic paste that is easy to apply by hand or with a trowel. The binders in the mixture react quickly, increasing in volume to block water leaks in holes, cracks and porous surfaces.
