DRACOSTEEL

Re-alkaliser treatment of reinforcement bars protecting against corrosion.

DRACOSTEEL is a two-component protective, passivating mortar applied with a brush to protect reinforcement bars. It contains water-dispersed polymers, cementitious binders and corrosion inhibitors.

DRACOSTEEL is applied to the reinforcement bars of reinforced concrete specifically to protect from corrosion.

Consumption: 100 g/m bars of 8 mm (2 mm thick in 2 coats)

FLUECO 80 T

Thixotropic, fibre-reinforced cement mortar

Ideal for structural restorations in highly aggressive environments
For layers up to 4 cm thick

FLUECO 80 T is a single-component, fibre-reinforced cementitious mortar that is mixed with water to obtain shrinkage-compensating thixotropic mixes.

FLUECO 80 T develops high initial and final mechanical strength and is waterproof. It is longlasting even in highly aggressive environments and ensures strong bonding. It contains no metal parts or chlorides.

FLUECO 80 T is resistant to chemical and environmental attack and is suitable for all the classes of exposure envisaged by UNI 11104.

Consumption: approx.19 kg/m² per cm of thickness

Two-component thixotropic, fibre-reinforced cement mortar

Ideal for structural restorations in aggressive environments and in the presence of load-deformation - For layers up to 3 cm thick
The features of FLUECO 80 T2 ensure to make structural restoration works of structures exposed to high chemical-physical and environmental attacks.

Ideal for repairing even precast structures subject to repeated stress or deformation, for repairing beams, pillars, floor slabs and reinforced concrete walls, and for restoring hydraulic works, viaducts and galleries, even
on structures in contact with seawater.

Consumption: approx. 21.5 kg/m² per cm of thickness

FLUECO 80 T FIBER

Cement mortar with shrinkage compensation

Ideal for structural restorations in highly aggressive environments
Layer thickness up to 5 cm thick without electro-welded mesh FLUECO 80 T FIBER is a one-component, pre-blended cement-based mortar that is fibre-reinforced with polymer fibres with microstructural activity and fibre-reinforced with inorganic fibres being alkali resistant, stainless and flexible, to be mixed with water to obtain shrinkage-compensated thixotropic mixes.

FLUECO 80 T FIBER develops high initial and final mechanical strength. It is waterproof and impermeable to carbon dioxide, durable even in very aggressive environments and ensures strong bonding to steel and concrete.
FLUECO 80 T FIBER is resistant to chemical and environmental attack and is suitable for all the classes of exposure provided for by UNI 11104.

FLUECO 80 C FLOWFIBER is a pre-blended castable cement-based mortar that is ready for use. It is fibre-reinforced with polymer fibres and with inorganic fibres being alkali resistant, stainless and flexible, for superior toughness and resistance to cyclic loads. FLUECO 80 C FLOWFIBER is durable in aggressive environments too, ideal for repair and thick lift by casting without recourse to electro-welded mesh on hydraulic works, viaducts and bridge supports.

Expansive shrinkage-compensated grout for precision anchoring

Applied on layers thicker than 7 cm

The features of FLUECO 35 ensure to make precision anchoring works by pouring. It is also applied within formwork for grouting of reinforced concrete precast elements and metal frameworks, pins and rebars, for anchoring foundation slabs containing metal frameworks, and machines also subject to motion and vibrations.
