CONCRETE FINISHER is a pre-mixed cement-based mortar consisting of selected fine aggregates, synthetic polymers and special admixtures to be mixed with water. CONCRETE FINISHER is thick and exhibits superior resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and chemically aggressive agents. Due to its superior adhesion and low permeability to carbon dioxide and water, CONCRETE FINISHER is recommended for smoothings protecting against carbonatation of concrete structures and finishing repair cycles with FLUECO mortars.

CONCRETE FINISHER 2 is a pre-mixed cement-based mortar consisting of selected fine aggregates, synthetic polymers and special admixtures to be mixed with a micronised synthetic latex, further increasing adhesion. CONCRETE FINISHER 2 is very thick and exhibits superior resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and chemically aggressive agents. Due to its superior adhesion and low permeability to carbon dioxide and water, CONCRETE FINISHER 2 is recommended for smoothings protecting against carbonatation of concrete structures and finishing repair cycles with FLUECO mortars.

Its high flexibility makes it suitable to protect concrete structures even subject to hairline cracks and in contact with aggressive agents such as chlorides and sulphates. Two-component cement-based, flexible, waterproof and breathable coating for foundations and retaining structures
Ideal for counterthrust and resistant to chemical aggression
MAGIFLEX BRAVO is a cement coating which is waterproof and breathable to water vapour, featured by high flexibility, tensile strength and adhesion to the substrate. MAGIFLEX BRAVO is easily applied with a brush or roller and allows to make waterproof coatings even under negative thrust (max 0.5 atm) on surfaces subject to hairline cracks and structures exposed to the aggression of alkali and chlorides, such as foundations, retaining walls and micro-cracked surfaces (up to 0.8 mm).

PROTECTIVE AGENTS FOR CONCRETE COATING

Breathable acrylic resin protecting against carbonatation for concrete structures
ACRIPAINT is a one-component synthetic paint based on water-borne acrylic resins.
ACRIPAINT is formulated to protect against carbonatation and simultaneously decorate concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete. When curing is complete, the coating is waterproof but breathable to water vapour and provides excellent resistance to yellowing, adhesion and anti-mould activity.
Consumption: 180 ÷ 250 g/m2 per coat
400 ÷ 500 g/m2 (recommended minimum)

EPOWALL
Chemical-resistant epoxy coating
EPOWALL is a two-component solvent-free epoxy resin that is used to make coatings which are chemical-resistant to alkali, acids and to the flow of liquids, even with solid suspensions. EPOWALL exhibits high adhesion to the substrate, ideal to coat basins, walls, water and drainage treatment plants.
Consumption: 150 ÷ 250 g/m2 per coat
400 ÷ 500 g/m2 (recommended minimum)
