The DESOI self-injecting device combined with a multi tile packer is designed for low-pressure injection of resins and cementitious suspensions through tile joints. The system allows for precise filling of cavities and re-bonding of detached tiles without the need for machinery or removal of the floor covering.
Operating principle:
Injection is carried out at low pressure (approx. 1 bar), generated by a spring mechanism with two tension springs. The injection material is introduced slowly and evenly through the multi tile packer, which is inserted into the joint between the tiles. The transparent material cylinder allows the operator to visually monitor the material quantity and injection progress in real time.
