SiloTreat^® Textile is a unique siloxane-based system for the impregnation of natural textiles.
Due to the increased surface tension, the tissues do not absorb in depth the water, liquids and other contaminants that fall on them.
SiloTreat^® Textile favours easy maintenance of treated tissues and preserves breathability.

Application method:

• SiloTreat^® Textile can be applied by spraying or immersion (soaking from 30 seconds to 10 minutes).
• The treated surface must be protected for at least 4 hours before coming into contact with liquids.
• The hydrophobic effect is manifested several hours after drying at room temperature, as a result of the formation of a thin polysiloxane coating.
• The process can be accelerated by heating the dried fabric with an iron at a temperature between 80 and 150 °C.
