125 kN test load (EN 124) when filled with a min. 5 cm layer of grade C 35/45 concrete (EN 206)
Material:
BVXH: Frame and cover made of sheet steel. Hotdip galvanized. Good chemical resistant special gasket.
BVEXH: Frame and cover made of stainless steel grade 304 or on request grade 316. After welding full bath pickling. Good chemical resistant special sealing.
Features:
Extra deep recess design. Ideal access cover for the building forecourt area. In the 150 mm deep recess cover paving stones up to 100 mm in height can be fit. Thanks to EPDM sealing the cover is odor-proof and largely watertight.
Lifting plates:
The lift-out plates are fitted with 2 slot holes (for common lifting tools, not included in delivery ) and a thread for the HAGOlifter (lifting device).
Applications:
Access cover built for use at building forecourt for up to 100 mm high paving stones, concrete blocks etc.
Installation:
Installation must be carried out according to our instructions. With water-tight models, care must be taken to seal the outer frame into the surrounding flooring.
